Ascent Apartments

The project will deliver 357 new market-rate apartments to the area and includes a variety of transit improvements across a variety of mobility options.  Adding neighborhood density is a key tenet of successful transit-oriented community development because it ensures more people have access to public transportation.  Additional improvements are just as valued by the community, including sidewalks for pedestiran safety and a bike station as part of the BikeWalkKC program.
