Housing, business and cultural opportunities show new vibrancy in KC's historic 18th & Vine Jazz District. Renovation of the 'House of Hits' building will bring retail space and high-quality, mixed-income housing.

ArriveKC is one of the first Transit Oriented Development (TOD) projects to be approved by the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority.

Located at E. 45th Street and Olive Street, plans call for a 101-unit multi-family housing facility.

The $52.5 million dollar development is financed through a diverse capital stack, including 4% federal and state Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), tax-exempt START conduit bonds, conventional debt, and sponsor equity. 

The Mabion, located in Beacon Hill, is located half a block away from the Troost MAX BRT line.

Located at 41st Street and The Paseo, plans call for a 54-unit senior affordable multifamily housing facility.  The existing building on site will undergo substantial rehabilitation by developer, Community Builders of Kansas City.

Located in Kansas City North, perched above its surroundings, Ascent delivers views of the downtown Kansas City skyline. A phased project will deliver the clubhouse and first units in June 2026 with project completion anticipated for late 2026.

The project will deliver 357 new market-rate apartments to the area and includes a variety of transit improvements across a variety of mobility options.
